3 New Red Watering Cans

I dropped off 3 new French watering cans of 3 Gal. capacity in the shed early this morning.

The removable rose is stainless steel and I didn’t have time to attach it. it is inside the can.
I hope everyone likes the color.

Brown Shed Garden

Brown Shed Garden

Hi Guys.
The stain we got for the shed is pretty dark. I mean, it looks good, fresh and cleaner than before.
BUT. The original plan was to make it more RED.
Would anyone be opposed if I bought some paint with any extra money we might have from the 40-50 we approved for this… and maybe another…[More]

Landscape Notes and To-Do’s – June 7

The garden is looking very lush here in early June. The landscape beds are loving all the attention this year and the plants (and people) are much relieved that the heat wave has passed.  The oriental poppies, irises, columbine, dogwood, viburnum and peonies came and went, the roses are just finishing, the lavender is jamming…[More]

Hello.
I know I asked this at the beginning of the year, but if any of you have any photos of the garden- bright, nice, beauty shots of plants specifically… could you send them to me?
I am starting a project and need all the pics I can get.
Thanks to everyone who already sent some.

Methods for Blanching Celery

Methods for Blanching Celery

Blanching celery does, however, give it a sweeter taste and plants are generally more tender. Although…[More]

New space for potted plants

Hi again,
As some of you may have seen, Mark built a nice looking area with a rock wall right next to the communal beds. He suggested that this be another area for keeping your potted plants (similar to the area in the back on top of the metal beam).
I think this is a good idea…[More]

Hello landscapers.
